On the estate there also are two more buildings. An “American Studio" and a big Loft.

The property also has a beautiful swimming-pool (13 m. x 5 m., 2 m. deep), with its own changing room, bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The land around the house is completely green: there are old and young trees, oaks, cypresses, many olive trees, ornamental plants, fruit trees, and bushes. Moreover there is an outside brick-built oven, ideal for barbecuing, or making pizza.
