The prices are per apt. per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, changed weekly, final cleaning.

The tree buildings are supposed to be let to the same group of max. 10 persons  (*plus to beds for extra charge of € 10 per night)

To pay extra on the premises:

Deposit: € 700.
Central heating:  upon use (5,5 euro per m3)
Pets not allowed 
Baby cot: available on request 20 euros per week (linen not provided).
Extra cleaning compulsory 2 hours every 2 days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) 12 € per hour.
Swimming pool: open from the 27th of April to the 28th of September. The pool is 13 x 5 m large and 2,00 m max deep.

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID CASH ON THE SPOT
